How do I place an order for a Toltec Light?
Although we sell directly to the Lighting Fixture and Billiard Stores, you may contact us at

How Soon Can I Expect My Order?
We pride ourselves on fast and accurate delivery. Once we receive your order, we generally ship within 1-2 business days, if the item is in stock. We are proud to say our lighting products are usually in stock.
Which Light Bars are available with 2 and 4 lights ?
All of our bar lights are available in a 2 and 4 light model, except the following, #843, #853, #883, #877.
Are the shades interchangeable with all the light bars ?
Most of our shades, with a few exceptions, can be used on any of our light bars. For information on a specific bar and shade, please contact us.
Can a Bar Light Shade be changed to a Pendant?
Yes. Simply change "K" to a "J". For example, to convert a 974K shade to a single, hanging pendant, place your order as 974J. It is also necessary to let us know what finish you would like. All finishes are available. For example, 974J-BRZ, if you want bronze hardware.
How much wire and chain are provided with the fixtures?
Our fixtures are supplied with either a 5' chain and 6' of wire, or 10' of chain and 11' of wire. If you need additional wire and chain, please let us know your ceiling height! Most fixtures can be supplied with more wire and chain for an additional fee.
- All Fixtures in BRZ, BN, BC, BS, and MAH are supplied with 10' of chain and 11' of wire.
- All others have 5' of chain and 6' of wire.
- The 843 has 10' of wire and 11' of chain. It cannot be rewired.
Do any of the lights have a specific or special way to be hung?
All of our Billiard, Island and multiple-light Tiffany fixtures must be hung with the loop on top of the fixture at least twelve inches from the ceiling.
What do the abbreviations BRZ, BN, BC, BS and MAH mean?
These are the finishes on our bars and fixtures.
- BRZ = Bronze
- BN = Brushed Nickel
- BC = Black Copper
- BS = Brushed Sage
- MAH = Mahogany
Yes. All Toltec Products are UL Listed for dry locations only. Toltec Lighting Products are not for outdoor use!
